Teeny bit of signal boosting

help_haiti is a fandom-y auction to raise money for relief efforts in Haiti!

I love charity auctions- they are like delicious candy to me. I just wish this particular charity auction were formatted like previous auctions I've participated in; I no longer have a paid LJ account, so I can't track comment threads to keep an eye on the items I'm interested in, and I can't friend the community to have newly available items show up on my flist. *sigh* I also really, really shouldn't bid on any of the location-themed mystery boxes on offer in the "something interesting" thread, but the only thing more like delicious candy to me than actual delicious candy is a box filled with mystery.

If this proto-cold I have turns into a real cold, I will be so extraordinarily annoyed. >_< *sniffling noises*
